ATTENTION:
To keep polyethylene bag correctly opened make
a 1 cm (0.40 in) diameter hole (with fi nger) in
the polyethylene bag at 2-4 cm (0.79-1.6 in) to
tank border.
- Use the tank for scrap suction
- Follow the operations described in § 8.2
- Connect the fl ex hose to the pipe union
positioned on the scrap suction ring:
before starting the vacuum close the main suction
valve with its cap.
IMPORTANT:
- According to the suctioned materials, use
HEPA fi lters.
- After the stop of the vacuum, wait 5
minutes before moving the main tank.
Remove the special bag, with its
polyethylene bag. For dangerous material
clearance always keep the dangerous dust
fi lter inside the polyethylene bag.

9.4 Liquids separation

Whit this procedure is possible to separate tooling
residue (shavings...etc.. ) and liquids.
Perform the following operations:
- Remove the main tank
- Use the special perforated pail , the tank with
drain and the liquids expulsion nozzle
(Chip separating bucket + fl oat Ref. 20676 +
Ref. 20643 - Optional)
- Put the perforated pail into the tank
- Screw the connector (mounted on the liquids
pipe) to the tank
- Follow the suction' s operations described in § 8.3
- Invert the air fl ow for automatic liquids
emptying (§8.3)
- Remove the main tank and pull out the
perforated pail full of shavings.
