• TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. provides warranty to this product sold by the company regarding manufacturing
defects for a total period of 6 (six) months, 3 (three) months of which being contractual warranty and 90 (ninety)
days legal warranty, as defined in article 26 of the Consumer Rights Act.
• The warranty period begins with the issue of the receipt of purchase of the equipment, which should be attached
to these terms, and the warranty will only be valid upon producing the receipt of purchase.
• Within a total period of 6 months, TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. undertakes to repair or replace parts free of charge which
according to technical assessment display manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use and maintenance.
• The buyer will be liable for packaging and shipping expenses to the nearest Tramontina authorized service.
• The buyer will be responsible for revisions, maintenance, and periodical care for the equipment, as well as
observing all instructions laid out in the user's manual.
Situations not covered by the warranty:
• Damage caused by failure to comply with the recommendations in this manual;
• Parts damaged by natural wear, accidents, incorrect use or maintenance, or misuse by operator;
• Damage resulting from using inadequate lubricant oil and/or fuel (non-compliant with technical specifications);
• Damage resulting from lack of oil, insufficient oil, excess oil, or different than recommended;
• Revisions prompted by use of inadequate fuel or oil (internal cleaning);
• If the equipment presents signs of tampering, use of non-original parts, or having been fixed by unauthorized
personnel;
NOTE
ALL PARTS WITH PROVEN MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF
CHARGE, BUT THE WHOLE APPLIANCE WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
