Problem
The engine will not start
The engine runs unevenly
Engine overheats
Poor cutting performance
Excessive vibration

Possible cause
1. The engine on/off switch is in the
off position.
2. The spark plug wire is
disconnected

1. Spark plug wire is loose

Action

2. Connect the spark plug wire to the
spark plug
3. Fill with clean, fresh gasoline
4. Clean the fuel line
5. Clean, adjust the gap or replace it
6. Wait a few minutes to restart the
engine
7. Add more oil to the engine
1. Connect and tighten the spark plug
wire
2. Clean the fuel line. Fill the tank with
clean, fresh gasoline

4. Drain the fuel tank. Refill with fresh
