8 DIAGNOSIS OF PROBLEMS
The RE-BAR tier will eventually need maintenance service and replacement of worn parts due to normal wear and
tear.
Troubleshooting and/or repairs are only to be carried out by authorised dealers or specialists.
The RE-BAR tier warns about malfunctions using beep sounds.
If one of the problems listed, set the main switch to 0 position, before trying to solve the issue.
When the main switch is set to 1 - do not place your ingers near the curl guide or other moving parts of the
machine. If the problem still occurs, contact your dealer.
Fault code on display.
PO - lower jaw too open.
E1 - Low battery.
E2 - Over voltage protection.
E3 - Overheated twist motor.
E4 - Wire coil run out or wire feeding failure.
E5 - Twist motor failure.
E6 - Main twist axle failure.

Corrective action
PO - move the lower jaw up to operating position.
E1 - Replace low battery for a charged battery.
E2 - Deal with any possible wire jams and restart the
tool.
E3 - Switch OFF the tool and rest for 15 minutes, motor
requires to cool down.
E4 - Replace the wire coil or check the wire feeding co-
gwheels and traction motor.
E5 - Switch OFF and ON to restart the tool or open up
the housing to check the twist motor.
E6 - Switch OFF and ON to restart the tool or open up
the housing to check the main twist axle.
