of the disinfectant manufacturer must be
followed. The surface of the rollator should
be cleaned with a soft cloth or sponge
and an approved chemical disinfectant
containing 70–80 % ethanol. We advise
against disinfectant that contains chlorine
or phenol. Do not use heat disinfection.
The manufacturer cannot be held respon-
sible for any damage or injuries occurred
using harmful disinfectant or disinfection
carried out by unauthorized personnel.
Inspection / Maintenance / Re-use
It is recommended that inspection and
maintenance are carried out regularly
(frequency is determined by how and
how often the rollator is used). Check the
following items: Frame, screws, handles,
handle tubes, brakes, brake parts, wheels,
seat and accessories. This also applies
when the rollator is to be prepared for re-
use. Please see detailed instructions in this
user manual about maintenance of brakes
and cleaning/disinfection. The recom-
mended maintenance is not a require-
ment, and no preventive maintenance is
required provided that the rollator is used
as intended according to this user manual.
