The control board, up until the end of its useful
life, must be dismounted at its location by an
installer who is as well qualified as the person
who completed the assembly, observing the
same precautions and safety measures. In this
manner possible accidents and damage to
adjacent facilities will be avoided.
Cause
Main switch SW1 in "OFF"
Power supply voltage absent
Electronic fuse F2 blown
Transformer or switchboard failed
The key commands signal does not
reach the control panel
STOP contact open (emergency stop
p u s h b u t t o n e n a b l e d o r c a b l e s
disconnected)
DIP7 is ON and the operator does not
have an encoder
Hard points on the gate run
Open/close programming incorrect

MAINTENANCE AND DIAGNOSIS OF FAILURES
Solution
Place SW1 in "ON"
Reestablish the power supply
Replace F2 using another fuse of the same
value and investigate the cause of failure of F2
Call the technical service
Check the key command devices and the
connections
Close STOP contact
Place DIP7 in OFF
Move by hand and remove the hard points
Carry out the programming correctly
Adjust the limit switch magnets in the gate
Adjust motor sensitivity using the P.M.
potentiometer
Remove any possible obstacles
Replace F3 using another fuse of the same
value and investigate the cause of failure of F3
Remove any possible obstacles
Replace F3 using another fuse of the same
value and investigate the cause of failure of F3
Call the technical service
Call the technical service
Check photocells, cabling and programming
of DIP6/DIP9 (see page 24)
Replace F3 using another fuse of the same
value and investigate the cause of the failure
The control board must be deposited in the
appropriate containers for subsequent recycling,
separating and classifying the different materials in
line with their nature. NEVER deposit it in domestic
rubbish or in landfills which are not suitably
controlled, as this will cause environmental
contamination.
