Thank you for purchasing the KÜCHENPROFI cookie press. Before using
the product, please read these instructions carefully and store them in a
safe place.
Safety instruction
The teeth of the metal shaft are sharp-edged to guarantee an optimal
function. Be careful not to hurt yourself.
Before the first use
Thoroughly clean all parts with hot water and detergent. Afterwards dry
off completely.
Use
1. Push the lock button and pull the toothed bar at the handle upwards
to the limit stop.
2. Unscrew the locking ring.
3. Fill the dough into the container.
4. Place the desired stencil in the locking ring and screw the ring onto
the dough container.
5. Press the lever until some dough oozes out of the stencil. Remove excess
dough and place the cookie press directly on the baking tray. Depending
on the stencil and the desired thickness press the lever 1 -2 times to
squeeze a sufficient quantity of dough through the stencil. Carefully
and slowly remove the cookie press from the baking tray slightly tilting
it sideways.
Tips
· Let the cookies cool down slightly on the baking tray. Afterwards allow
to cool down completely on a cooling rack.
· Allow the baking tray to cool down before further baking.
· The dough should be soft but not sticky.
· For best results do not grease the baking tray and do not use parchment
paper.
