I. WARNINGS / PRECAUTIONS

familiarise yourself with your new bike. Keep your handlebar upright when
moving off, assistance can be triggered forcefully and surprise you. In the
case of adverse weather conditions, be particularly vigilant and adapt your
speed appropriately, especially on wet ground.
It is advisable to remove the battery when transporting your bike on the
outside of your vehicle (bike carrier, roof bar, etc.),
CAUTION: Like any mechanical component, a bike experiences high stress
and wears out. Different materials and components may react differently to
wear or fatigue. If the expected lifetime of a component has been exceeded,
it may break suddenly, potentially causing injury to the cyclist. Some signs of
wear such as cracks, discolorations or staining in areas of high stress
indicate that the component has exceeded its lifetime and should be
replaced.
