Problem
There is no sound.
The speaker
cannot pair with
the Bluetooth
device.
The micro SD card
or USB stick is not
working.
Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
Possible Cause
• The battery level is
too low.
• The volume is too
low.
• The distance between
the speaker and
external device (BT
mode) or secondary
speaker (TWS mode)
is too far or there is
an obstruction in
between.
• The speaker is not
connected properly.
• The devices may not
be compatible.
• The speaker or
external device is
not in Bluetooth
mode.
• Other Bluetooth
devices may be
interfering with the
pairing process.
• The micro SD card/
USB stick may be
in poor condition or
damaged.
• Incorrect file
formats.

Solution
• Charge the battery as indicated in the
Charging the speaker section.
• Turn up the volume (on your speaker
or external device).
• In BT/TWS mode, make sure that
the speakers are placed within 10
metres of each other and there are no
obstructions. Check that the Bluetooth
function has been enabled on the
external device and pair the speaker(s)
again, if necessary.
• In AUX IN mode, check that the cable
is securely connected, and the external
device is working properly.
• In SD card or USB mode, make sure
that the micro SD card/USB stick has
been correctly inserted and that the
saved files are compatible with this
speaker.
• Connect to a compatible device.
• Check that the speaker is in Bluetooth
mode and the external device's
Bluetooth function has been enabled,
and pair the speaker again if necessary.
• Turn off nearby Bluetooth devices.
• Try saving the files onto a newer/better
quality micro SD card/USB stick.
• Only MP3, WAV and WMA files can be
played.
