Problem

If the problem persists, contact the service centre
Check that the water tank (8) is correctly
placed in its housing and that there is enough
water
Check that the control lever (1) is fully closed
Check if the pump delivers water: when the
delivery symbol (2) is pressed vibrations
should be felt, indicating that the pump is
working correctly.
If no vibrations are felt, contact the service
centre.
If you feel vibrations but there is no coffee
or drink delivery, repeat the operation 2/3
times at intervals of a few minutes. If the
machine still does not deliver any coffee or
drinks, contact the service centre.

Empty the capsule container (6) and wait at
least 5 seconds before replacing it again
