Outdoor Unit Defi nition
You can choose up to 3 outdoor units for outdoor air temperature.
1. Press the OUTDOOR UNIT DEFINITION button on the MAINTENANCE MENU screen.

Press directly an outdoor unit address in the list of All Outdoor Units.

The selected unit is added to the list of Outdoor Unit Entry and deleted from the list of All
Outdoor Units.

Press the DEL button.
The selected unit is deleted from the list of Outdoor Unit Entry and moved to the list of All
Outdoor Units.
<When saving the settings>

Press the SET button. Press the Yes button on the confi rmation screen.
Note
• Outdoor temperature sensor of some units may be affected by sunlight or outdoor unit's fan
operation. It is better to select the outdoor units whose operation ratio is high, and which is
less susceptible to the direct sunlight.
• Outdoor air temperature is displayed on each screen and used for energy saving, or auto
switch in season mode.
