Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját.

Ha szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
4.
Hajtsa fel a csomagtér burkolatot, és bontsa meg a csomagtér kárpitot. Szerelje le
a csomagtér műanyag hátfal elemét.
5.
Vegye ki csomagtér jobb és bal oldaltakaróit.
Szerelje le a hátsó lökhárítót és a lökhárítóbetétet (erre a továbbiakban nem lesz

szükség).
Lazán rögzítse a tartozékokat (4) a hátfalra az „A „és „B" pontokon. Az A pontoknál
7.
használja a gépjárműről korábban eltávolított M8-as anyát.
Lazán rögzítse a horogtestet (1) a „d" pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajz
8.
alapján.
9.
Lazán rögzítse a horogtestet (1) a „e" ponton a mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajz
alapján.
Fúrja keresztül az alvázat átm11 mm-es fúróval a „C" pontokon.
10.
Helyezze be a beltéri lemezeket (5) a csomagtérbe, a „C" pontokhoz igazítva,

ügyeljen arra, hogy párhuzamosak legyenek az alvázmerevítőkkel. Majd jelölje át
az „f" pontokat az alvázra.
12.
Fúrja keresztül az alvázat átm11 mm-es fúróval a „f" pontokon.
13.
Lazán rögzítse a beltéri lemezeket (5) a „c" és „f" pontokon, a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel.
Szerelje a vonógömböt (2) és a dugaljtartó lemezt (3) a vonóhorogtestre.
14.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:
M10 (10.9)
15.
M12 (8.8)
16.
Vágja ki a lökhárítót a melléklet kivágó sablon alapján az autó típusának
megfelelően.
17.
Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra (kivéve a lökhárítóbetétet).
Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak
18.
feszességét ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.

A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.

(GB) 037-151 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members.
2.
Fold up the boot cover and disunit the boot upholstery .Dismount the synthetic rear
panel of the boot.
3.
Take out the right and left side-covers of the boot.
4.
Dismount the rear bumper and the inside bumper (it will no longer be used).
5.
Loosely fix the accessories (4) onto the rear panel at points "A" and "B". Use the nut
M8 removed from the vehicle previously at points "A".
6.
Loosely fix the crossbar (1) at points „d" with the attached bonding units in
accordance with the drawing.
7.
Loosely fix the crossbar (1) at points „e" with the attached bonding units in
accordance with the drawing.
8.
Bore through the chassis with a drill Ø11 mm at points "c".
9.
Insert interior plates (5) into the boot, adjusted to points "C", take care that they
should be parallel with the frame members. Then mark points "f" onto the chassis.
10. Bore through the chassis with a drill Ø11 mm at points "f".
11. Loosely fix the interior plates (5) at points "c" "f" with the attached bonding units.
12. Mount the towing ball (2) and the socket plate (3) onto the crossbar.
13. Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all screws:

14. Cut out the bumper on the basis of the attached template in accordance with the type
of the car.
15. Remount all the removed parts onto the car (except for the inside bumper).
16. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
