Side Brush (8)

Clean the side brush regularly to prevent malfunctioning of the robot vacuum.
1 Use your hands to remove any hair and dust trapped in the side brush.
2 If the dirt is very tangled around the brush, cut it using scissors.

If necessary, unscrew the screw and remove the side brush (8) from the body for more
effective cleaning (fig.17).
3 Return the side brush to its housing.
REMOVAL AND CLEANING OF WHEELS
Side Wheels
1 Unscrew the screws of the wheels (fig.18).
2 Remove the wheels from their housing and clean them.

Do not clean the wheels with water, oil or grease.

Return the wheels to their housing and screw down the screws using a screwdriver.
Front Wheel
If the front wheel is jammed or does not rotate freely, remove it for cleaning (fig.18).
1 Remove the wheel with the help of a tool that serves as a lever.
2 To replace it after cleaning, press the wheel into its housing.
CLEAN THE COLLISION SENSORS (25) AND STAIR SENSORS (27)

Keep the infrareds clean so that the robot vacuum can operate correctly.
1 Clean the sensors with a piece of cotton or a soft cloth (fig.19).

Check that no water enters the appliance.

Clean the appliance after using it for the first time, immediately after each use and after
a long period without use. You will thus ensure the correct operation of the appliance
and prolong its useful life.
1 Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents.

REPLACING THE BATTERIES

REPLACING THE BATTERIES OF THE VIRTUAL BARRIER (Fig. 20)
1 Turn battery cover lock (6B) until the cover is released (5B).
2 Place the batteries in the compartment intended for this purpose. Check that the
positive and negative electrodes are in the proper positions.

Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the robot vacuum for a long period of
time.
REPLACING THE BATTERIES OF THE REMOTE CONTROL (Fig. 21)
1 Open the battery compartment cover.
2 Place the batteries in the compartment intended for this purpose. Check that the
