1. Product Description
To attract butterflies into the surrounding area of the butterfly house, a garden with a
wide variety of local flowers, trees and bushes is very profitable. Under such conditions,
butterflies can find pollen and nectar, their major food. Into the house, you should put
some branches of stinging nettles and lavender, the smell attracts butterflies and indi-
cates them a dry shelter to nest and overwinter.
2. Putting into Operation
1. Hang the natural birdhouse in a sunny, wind- and rain-protected area.
2. The front of the house should point ideally in southern direction.
3. Please leave the house in its place in winter also, as birds overwinter in it.
4. Please do NOT paint or varnish the house, otherwise birds will not nest in there.
