6. Turn the crank with the slotted screwdriver so that
the crank is positioned in the direction as shown in the
figure.

Remove the blade cover from the shear blades,
and then place the new shear blades on the blade
cover.
8. Align the holes of the upper shear blade and lower
shear blade as shown in the figure.
