Replacing the grinding disc
WARNING: Beware that a disc which has been used may be
very hot!
• Depress and hold down the spindle lock button to secure
the spindle.
• Turn the shaft until it locks.
• Remove the outer flange and backing flange by using the
two-hole spanner provided.
• Fit the desired disc on the spindle and replace the outer
flange and backing flange. Release the spindle lock.
WARNING: Important! Only ever press the spindle lock
when the motor and grinding spindle are at a standstill!
You must keep the spindle lock pressed while you change
the wheel!
For grinding wheels up to approx. 3 mm thick, screw on the
flange nut with the flat side facing the grinding wheel.
Switching On/Off
WARNING! Before engage on the ON/OFF switch button,
check that the grinding disc is properly fitted and run
smoothly, the outer flange is well tightened.
• Connect the battery pack onto the angle grinder body.
• The machine can only be started by depressing the on/off
switch left, then push the switch up, you can start the
machine.
• Press down the front part of the switch, the on/off switch
can be locked in on position (1 position) for continuous
grinding.
• Press rear part of the switch, the tool will turns off.
• Do not let go of grinder until it has stopped running.
WARNING! The wheel continues to rotate after the tool is
switched off.
Grinding
Hold the handle and auxiliary handle firmly and switch on.
Avoid blocking the ventilation slots with your hand, as this
may cause the grinder to overheat.
Let the disc reach full speed. Apply the grinder to the item.

This product is marked with the selective sorting symbol on waste electrical and electronic equipment. This means
that this product should not be disposed of with household waste but must be supported by a collection system in
accordance with Directive 2012/19/UE. It will then be recycled or dismantled to minimize impacts on the
environment, electrical and electronic products are potentially hazardous to the environment and human health due
to the presence of hazardous substances.

Maximum effect is achieved when the grinder is held at an
angle of 15-30°in relation to the item.
Move the grinder gently along the item. Give the grinder
time to work. It is rarely necessary to press the disc hard
against the surface to be worked. Sparks can occur in the
motor compartment during use. This is normal and does
not mean the grinder is defective.
Switch off the grinder after use.
Flange arrangements
Flange arrangements when using a depressed centre or
straight grinding wheel.
Care and Maintenance
Keep the ventilation openings clear and clean the product
regularly. This machine requires no special mechanical
maintenance such as greasing the bearings.
If something unusual occurs during use, switch off the
supply and remove the battery pack. Inspect and repair the
tool before using it again. The repairs must be carried out by
a qualified technician.
Repair of the tool must only be carried out by a qualified
repair technician.
Repair or maintenance by unqualified personnel can lead
to a risk of injury.
Use only identical spare parts for repairing a tool.
Caution! If there's any defective found of the battery pack, it
must be repaired or replaced by the
assigned service organization.
Care and cleaning
Cleaning of plastic parts is disconnected machines, using a
soft damp cloth and a mild soap.
Never immerse the machine and do not use detergent,
alcohol, petrol, etc..
In case of problems or for a deep cleaning, consult the
manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified
person to avoid a hazard.
