Yoghurt Ice Cream
375g double cream
375g full fat natural yoghurt
75g caster sugar
1 Place all ingredients into a jug and
mix until smooth.
2 Place the mix in a refrigerator to
cool.
3 When the mix is cool, pour into the
Frozen Dessert Maker and mix until
firm.
