Inside the machine there is a thermostat for the deposit to adjust the temperature. It is adjusted (+7ºC)
approximately but if you need to change, just take off the front panel.

IMPORTANT

Never feed the machine with frozen or too cold citrus fruits. This would produce the same effect
that to feed the machine with metal balls.
Every time you use lemons with the juicer, cut the outstanding sides, giving a more regular and
more rounded form this way to the fruit.
