Radius Gauge Limit 5700
Digital radius gauge for measurement of larger radius. Suitable for plastic
parts, molds, plates, vehicle bodies, furniture, pipes, etc. Measures both
convex and concave surfaces.
The set contents of dial gauge and 5 bases.

Start.
Press ZERO key.
Stop.
Automatic stop after 3 minutes or manually, press ZERO key for 3
seconds.
Measurement.
Select correct base after the radius size, see table above and
assemble the dial gauge.
Press C key to set the correct C value on the display corresponding to
appropriate base.
Hold the base and against a flat surface. Press the ZERO key to zero set the
dial gauge.
Hold the instrument against the surface of the object and measure the radius.
Top line shows the radius value. The lower line shows the depth value.
R1 is displayed for concave, R2 for convex.
HOLD.
The value can be locked on the display. H is displayed.

Switch between metric or inch.
ZERO.
Zero set the dial gauge.
C.
Set the dial gauge for the appropriate base.

Choose R1 / R2 feature (radius measurement).

Maintenance.
Avoid the dial gauge for all kinds of liquid, contact with
live objects. Both the gauge and the base are sensitive to all forms of stroke,
pressure or drops. Clean with a dry, clean cloth.
