INTRODUCTION
This manual has the scope of providing all of the necessary information for correctly installing, using and performing ordinary
maintenance on the machine. Before any intervention read the supplied instructions carefully.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for any operation performed on the machine without respecting the safety
regulations.
The manufacturer reserves the right to cease production of any model and/or to make modifications with being obliged
to make those modifications to previously supplied products.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for errors in transcription or printing. Reproduction of this manual, in part or
in whole, is prohibited.
The manufacture shall also not be held liable if the appliances are used inappropriately or in a manner that is different
than specified in the following manual.
1) Carefully read this instructions booklet, as it contains important advice for safe installation, operation and maintenance.
2) Installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer by professionally qualified person-
nel who are in compliance with current standards in the country of use.
3) Switch off the appliance in the event of failure or malfunctioning. For repairs, refer only to technicians authorized by the
manufacturer and request original spare parts.
Disregard for the aforementioned statements can compromise the machine's safety.
4) Before any routine or special maintenance work, disconnect the power supply of the appliance. Do not pull the plug by
the cable when doing this.
5) These are professional appliances. They must be used only by qualified personnel for their intended purpose.
6) Always close the water taps (if present) and turn off the main electrical switch after using the appliance, especially during
maintenance and repair or in the event of prolonged disuse.
7) You should have the appliance checked once a year by an authorized service centre.

This machine complies with Ministerial Decree 15.12.2004 and with directive 2004/108 dated 20.07.2007 on the sup-
pression of radio interference.
