Safety regulations with respect to maintenance

Description
3.1
Equipment
The cutter is produced as a hand tool that can be operated by one person. Two hoses connect the tool
to a pump. On the front of the tool there are two blades that make a scissor movement. The high
hydraulic pressure that is used means these tools can apply enormous forces.
