ne or by e-mail.­You­will­then­receive­
further­information­on­the­processing­of­
your­complaint.
•­After­consultation­with­our­customer­ser-
vice,­a­product­recorded­as­defective­can­
be­sent­postage­paid­to­the­service­ad-
dress­communicated­to­you,­with­the­proof­
of­purchase­(receipt)­and­specification­of­
what constitutes the defect and when it
occurred.­In­order­to­avoid­acceptance­
problems­and­additional­costs,­please­be­
sure to use only the address communicated
to­you.­Ensure­that­the­consignment­is­not­
sent carriage forward or by bulky goods,
express­or­other­special­freight.­Please­
send­the­equipment­inc.­all­accessories­
supplied­at­the­time­of­purchase­and­en-
sure­adequate,­safe­transport­packaging.
Repair­Service
For a charge, repairs not covered by the
guarantee­can­be­carried­out­by­our­service­
branch,­which­will­be­happy­to­issue­a­cost­
estimate for you.
We­can­handle­only­equipment­that­has­
been­sent­with­adequate­packaging­and­
postage.
Attention:­Please­send­your­equipment­to­
our­service­branch­in­clean­condition­and­
with an indication of the defect.
Equipment­sent­carriage­forward­or­by­
bulky­goods,­express­or­other­special­
freight­will­not­be­accepted.
We­will­dispose­of­your­defective­devices­
free of charge when you send them to us.
