Fault
The squeegee does not dry the fl oor properly.
Water splashes in line with the joints between
tiles.
Detergent solution does not fl ow or very little
reaches the brushes.
The machine does not clean properly.
The machine does not start
1) BATTERY MACHINE
2) 230V.AC CABLE MACHINE
The drive system machine does work. (drive
system machine).
The vacuum motor stops or does not start.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause
Recovery tank connection lines
disconnected.
Squeegee badly adjusted
Squeegee rubber strips worn
Vacuum hose fouled
Suction loss due to hoses cracks
Vacuum fi lter fouled
Seal on vacuum fi lter lid damaged
A foreign body has become wedged in the
squeegee.
The squeegee has been fi tted with the arrows
pointing back.
Pipe which allows water to pass into the brush
blocked.
Brushes worn
Detergent not suitable
Brushes unsuitable for type of fl oor
Brush drive belts slipping
Working speed too high
(1) The master starter key has not been turned. Turn the key to the right
Batteries and inlets not connected
The batteries are fl at
* Fuse blown
2) 230V.AC cable not connected
Electrical connection disconnected
Circuit board for drive system fault
Motor not connected

Remedy
Reconnect the hose
Adjust the angle and height
Turn or replace the rubber strips
Remove the hose and clean it properly.
Repair
Clean the fi lter
Replace the seal
Remove the foreign body
Adjust the squeegee, re-fi t the squeegee with
the arrows pointing in the travel direction.
Clean pipe
Replace with new brushe
Replace detergent
Use a suitable type of brush
Tighten the belt
Slow down
Connect the plug
Check the charge, and recharge if necessary.
Check and replace fuse if necessary.
*Caution!: Never use fuses with higher
rating, this might cause serious mecha-
nical and electrical damage. If the fuses
burn repeatedly, the machine has a fault.
CONSULT THE AUTHORIZED AFTER-SA-
LES SERVICE.
Connect the 230V.AC cable to the mains.
