Installation of the stiffening rail and the spacers:
Take the stiffening rail as shown, insert it carefully into the
box and bolt it hand-tight to the left and right ends (see
arrows in the photo on page 11) only with one
bolt/washer/nut each to the side walls.
Now swing the stiffening rail backwards and upwards and
bolt it first to the left and right back walls with one
bolt/washer/nut each. The stiffening rail is now temporarily
secured. Now bolt the stiffening rail to the side walls andto
the back wall at all other points (see arrows in photo on
page 12 - 12 times in total). Now remove the black
assembly aids in the left and right corners, which will now
be used as spacers. To do this, insert these black plastic
parts (spacers) at the bottom left and right between the
base plate and the back wall at the long stainless steel
screws as shown.
Now the screw connections of the left and right aluminium
profiles on the back can be tightened to the base plate.
IMPORTANT: SHARP EDGES! USE WORK GLOVES TO PREVENT INJURY!
