RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Following are some suggestions divided by reference model.
Appliance model FT/4N - FT/44N - FT/8N - FT/88N - FT/8RN - FT/88RN - SF/9N -
SF/99N
1 - Pour oil in the chamber. The level must be between the minimum and maximum in-
dicators.
2 - Turn the main switch (A) (position "I") to turn on the appliance.
3 - Rotate the thermoregulator (B) clockwise to set the required temperature.
The indicator light (C) turns on.
4 - Place food in the basket and slowly submerge it in the chamber.
When food product is fried, remove the basket and let it suitably drain.
Caution - Precaution
To prevent burns, use suitable utensils to pick up food, if necessary.
The first time the appliance is used, remove any protective film lining and run the
appliance without food to be fried for about 15 minutes to eliminate unpleasant
odours caused by construction material.
Appliance model SFM/13 - SF/16P - SFM/18 - SFM/18D
1 - Pour oil in the chamber. The level must be between the minimum and maximum in-
dicators.
2 - Rotate the thermoregulator (E) clockwise to start the appliance and set the required
temperature.
The indicator light (G) turns on.
3 - Place food in the basket and slowly submerge it in the chamber.
When food product is fried, remove the basket and let it suitably drain.
Caution - Precaution
