HEARING INSTRUMENT WARNINGS
WARNING!
Please be aware of choking hazard!
• Small children must only wear the hearing instrument under proper
supervision.
• Check the integrity of the hearing aid system. Hearing aid and acoustic
coupling tube must not be detachable by the child. If the housing is deformed
consult your hearing health professional.
• Always keep the battery compartment locked. Verify the locking mechanism
for proper function.
• Keep batteries away from the reach of small children. If swallowed consult
a physician or hospital immediately.

• Do not use instruments in spaces with risk of explosion.
• Protect instruments against strong magnetic fields and strong X-Rays.
• Recycle hearing instrument according to applicable
national, state and local regulations.
• Magnets can pose risks to electronics and magnetic storage mediums when
placed in close proximity. Take care not to set magnets near computers, color
monitors, television sets, floppy discs, video/audio tape and other electronic
equipment. Magnets may interfere with the operation of pacemakers. Keep
a safe distance of at least 10 cm (4 inches) between pacemaker and magnet.
• If instrument sounds distorted or weak (damping caused by wax)
exchange or have your wax protection exchanged.
