READY TO OPERATE
The motors will stop, washing stops, but the machine
will remain on standby and remain hot.
This is the most economical for short pauses in
dishwashing.
•
Check the strainer baskets in the tanks, emptying
them when necessary. The tank water can also be
changed during a pause in dishwashing - raise the
drain tap to empty the tank -close the door and the
tank will be refilled.
The dishwashing pumps and final rinse will stop
automatically when there are no more racks in the
wash tank or final rinse tank.
Cleaning
Switch off electrical supply before cleaning.
N.B! The machine should not be cleaned with
high pressure jets of water.
The machine should be cleaned after use each day. Use
hot water and if necessary a neutral detergent and soft
brush or sponge. If another type of detergent is used,
follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully, and take
note of the recommended safety precautions.
N.B!
Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaning material when
cleaning stainless steel surfaces. If using detergent con-
taining chlorine, rinse extremely thoroughly. Chlorine and
chloride compounds which come into contact with stain-
less steel can cause corrosion.
