Airbag not working
The LED flashes red +
series of beeps.

occurred.

The description of the LEDs and beeps below only applies to you if you use the
road mode with an optional SDU fork sensor, see his manual.
Pairing in progress
The LED turns blue + 1 beep
every 5 s. during 30 s.
Pairing successful
The LED turns blue + 1 long
beep for 2 s.
Pairing active
The LED turns blue + 2 beeps
Pairing failed
The LED turns red + 4 beeps
8. SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Washing the Race Suit airbag
Please follow these instructions to avoid damage to the Race Suit airbag. Do not
machine wash, do not immerse in water or dry clean. The only way to clean the
airbag is with a soft cloth slightly soaked in soap. Do not use detergents or bleach.
We recommend that you dry them on a hanger in a dry place. Do not put it in the
dryer, on a radiator or near a heat source. Do not iron.

We offer cleaning packages for the airbag. If you are interested, contact your dealer
or Helite customer service at sav@helite.com.
b) Annual e-cartridge check
We recommend an annual check of the weight and condition of the cartridge.
The airbag must be switched off. Unplug the cartridge and unscrew it. Weigh the
cartridge on an accurate kitchen scale. Make sure the weight of the cartridge is
within +/- 3 g for the e-60 cc of the weight indicated on the cartridge label.
- Cartridge disconnected:
connect the cartridge.
- Empty cartridge, damaged
cable: replace with a new
cartridge.
- Other cases: please contact
the customer service.
You have 30 s. to place the
magnet over the SDU fork
sensor.
The airbag and the SDU fork
sensor are now paired.
The airbag and the SDU fork
sensor are correctly paired.
Repeat the pairing procedure
or delete all the SDU fork
sensors already paired.
