Functions
Caution: Do not touch the drawer during and for about 30 minutes after use, as it becomes very hot.
Hold the drawer by the handle only.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert the power plug into a grounded wall outlet.
2. Put the ingredients in the basket and the basket in the crate.
3. Insert the drawer correctly into its compartment. Choose the desired function from the menu and press the button
START / PAUSE to start cooking.
4. Display view:
 the display will show the temperature and time. The temperature is the set temperature and the time is the remaining
working time.


5. Some ingredients need to be stirred halfway through the cooking time (see "Settings" paragraph). To shake the
ingredients, pull out the drawer using the handle and shake it. Then put the drawer back into its compartment.
Warning: do not press the basket release button during the shaking action.
6. When you hear the Time bell, the set time has expired. Pull the drawer out of the appliance and place it on a heat-
resistant surface.
7. Check if the ingredients are ready.
If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply insert the cassette back into the appliance and cook for a further minutes.
Tip: To reduce weight, you can remove the basket from the drawer and shake the basket only. To do this, remove the drawer
from the appliance, place it on a heat resistant surface and press the basket release button.
8. To remove small ingredients, press the basket release button and lift the basket out of the drawer.
Do not turn the basket upside down with the drawer still attached, as the excess oil that has collected at the bottom of
the drawer runs out and drips onto the ingredients.
