6 Operation
Notes:

6.1 Start-Up Procedures
To turn on the UPS, press and hold the On button
6.2 Cold-Start
Even when there is no utility power, you can still turn on the UPS. Press and hold the On button
it after you hear one beep and the UPS will start up and run in Battery Mode.
6.3 Shutdown Procedures
1. In any of the protected operating modes, press and hold the OFF button
beep. The UPS will switch to Off Mode and the UPS will provide either bypass output or no output, depending on the Off-
Mode Bypass Output user configuration.
The UPS will keep charging the batteries with the UPS in Off Mode. To power the UPS completely off, disconnect the AC
power cord from utility power when the UPS is in Off Mode.
2. To turn off the UPS in Battery Mode, press and hold the Off button
The UPS will turn off its output.
6.4 Setup Menu
Press the scrolling buttons
Please note that only qualified service personnel can perform setup actions. In Setup Mode, the following items can be set up:
Alarm Mute
Power Strategy
