TROUBLESHOOTING

Before opening the device, pull the mains plug out of the socket.
Problem
The light turns on but
the motor does not run.
The light is off and the
motor does not run.
The housing vibrates.
The air is not being
properly extracted.
Potential cause
The ventilation is
blocked.
The motor is broken.
The light is broken.
The plug is loose.
The rotor blade of the
fan is damaged.
The motor is not firmly
seated.
The device has not been
hung properly on the
bracket.
The distance between
the cooker and the
extractor hood is too far.
Solution
Switch off the appliance
and have it repaired by
qualified personnel only.
Have the light replaced.
Plug the power plug
securely into the wall
socket.
Switch off the appliance
and have it repaired by
qualified personnel only.
Remove the device
and make sure that
the bracket is properly
attached.
Reduce the distance to
65-75 cm.
