NOTE:
• If the READY indicator light is on, the set temper-
ature has been reached. During operation it goes
off and on again. This is normal and indicates that
the temperature is thermostatically controlled and
maintained.
3. Open the appliance with the handle. Place the upper grill
plate vertically.
4. Place the food on the lower grill plate.
5. Close the upper grill plate slowly. The food does not
need to be turned.

When the food has reached the desired cooking state,
open the appliance by the handle.
7. Remove the finished food with a spatula or turner made
of wood or Teflon.
Use as a Table Grill
1. Press the PUSH HERE button while opening the upper
grill plate on the handle.
2. Operate the appliance as previously described (exclud-
ing points 3, 5 and 6).
3. Prepare your food as you would on any other grill. Turn
the food over if necessary.

NOTE:
You can tell when the food is cooked by the core temper-
ature. We recommend using a roast thermometer. This
allows you to check the core temperature of the meat.
This way you do not have to cut the food open.

End Operation
1. Set the temperature control knob to the MIN position.
2. Switch off the appliance with the ON / OFF switch. The
POWER power indicator light goes out.
3. Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
4. Let the appliance cool down before cleaning it.
