Adjust the set temperature (3-6°C
higher than room temperature),
allow the stove to go to maximum
heat and burn for some time. If
there are still too many pellets,
adjust the feed settings to level 2
or 1 depending on the actual
amount of pellets.
Adjust the set temperature (3-6°C
lower than room temperature), let
the stove turn on to minimum heat
and burn for some time. If there
are still not enough pellets, change
the feed setting to level 4 or 5,
depending on the combustion
state.
Check the feed system and
proceed to the problem (3)
Check the tank, if it is empty, add
pellets. If the pellet feed is too
small, contact your distributor to
adjust the parameters.
The thermocouple is damaged,
contact the distributor to replace it
with a new one.
Add pellets to the hopper.
Go to problem (3).
Adjust administration time to
extend administration time.
