The automation is equipped with an unlocking mechanism with a lock to allow the gate
to be operated manually in the event of a power cut.
To unlock the engine, insert the key into the lock, turn 90º clockwise and pull the lever.
Once the motor is unlocked, you can open and close the gate manually.
1. Unlock the motor and place the gate in the open position.
2. Place the spacers in all the rack holes.
3. Position the first rack piece to be screwed onto the pinion and keep it horizontally
level.
4. Move the gate manually to check that the rack is well fitted to the pinion and that the
gate slides smoothly and without friction.
5. Attach the rack to the gate. Slide the gate little by little and attach the spacers to the
gate, always close to the pinion.
6. Make sure the rack is level using a level.
7. Definitely block the motor.
