Using the Sport Headphones

• Insert the 3,5 mm jack plug
the playback device (e.g. CD-Player).
• Switch the playback device on and adjust the
sound volume to minimum.
Caution!
Regular listening to loud music through head-
phones will lead to hearing damage.
• Place the Sport Headphones on your head. Take
note of the markings „R" (right) and „L" (left) on
the earplugs
• Then adjust the sound volume on the playback
device to the desired level.
