1. Take the appliance out of the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').
operAtion - use
The Kitchen Master is supplied with three different accessories.
• You can use the mixing blade to mix batter for, for example, cake, biscuits, bread, and pastry.
• You can use the whisk to beat products such as egg white, mayonnaise, and whipped cream.
• You can use the dough hook to knead dough for bread, as well as other fermenting doughs.
1. P ress the lift button with one hand, and lift the mixer head with your other hand until the head locks in the
raised position.
2. Add the ingredients to the mixing bowl.
3. F it the mixing bowl to the appliance. Make sure that the bowl fits into the openings in the base, and turn
the bowl clockwise to the stop; the mixing bowl is now secured to the appliance.
