oPErAtIon - General information

The chocolate fountain is
only intended for domestic use,
not for professional use.

oPErAtIon - Using for the first time

1. Remove the packaging.
2. T horoughly clean the device with a warm, damp cloth in order to remove any manufacturing residue (see
"Cleaning and maintenance").
oPErAtIon - Using the chocolate fountain
You can use the chocolate fountain to dip small products in melted chocolate to make a fun dessert. The
forks enable you to dip pieces of food in the chocolate fountain and to remove them when they are done. The
chocolate shapes trays can be used to make small chocolates.
oPErAtIon - Assembly
1. P lace the foot piece of the rising tube onto the three pins in the middle of the stainless steel bowl. Note
that the three recesses in the inner ring of the foot piece should be placed on the bottom side.
2. P lace the rising tube on the foot piece and rotate it until it falls into the recesses in the foot piece.
3. P lace the screw with the opening facing downwards in the rising tube. Rotate the screw by hand until the
opening at the bottom is secured to the motor shaft.
4. S lide the largest of the three chocolate plateaus onto the rising tube with the convex side facing upwards
and press it downwards. The plateau will rest approximately halfway along the rising tube on a ridge.
5. S lide the middle of the three chocolate plateaus onto the rising tube with the convex side facing upwards
