Play records
Switch the operating switch to PHONO. The display and

power light light up; the screen shows "PHONO".

Place a record on the turntable.

Before playing a single with a larger hole, place the adap-
ter ("puck") on the spindle.
NOTE
Make sure that the record is free of dust. You can find appropriate record-cleaning
brushes and cloths in specialist retail shops.

Select the desired speed with the speed controller:
33 rpm for LPs;
45 rpm for singles.

10. If you want to pause the playback, use the lever to raise and lower the pick-arm.
11. At the end of the side of a record press the EJECT button to replace the pick-up
arm on the holder. With EJECT you can stop the playback at any time.
12. Set the operating switch to the OFF position to switch the
device off.

Lay the turntable mat onto the turntable.
Remove the protective cap from the pick-up arm.
Please keep this protective cap safe.
