USB, card and AUX-IN operation
You can play back MP3 and WMA files on the device if they are saved on a USB stick,
another USB device or an SD card.
You can also play back CDs from a device that is connected to the AUX-IN slot.
NOTE
To install the media refer to Using memory media, page 14.
Note on MP3 players
An MP3 player can also be connected to the USB slot. But we do not guarantee that all
MP3 players available on the market can be played back from the USB slot.
In some cases, you may need to use the AUX-IN slot.
Simple playback functions
Press  to start playback. The number of the current track and playback time is

displayed.

Pressagain to pause playback. The playback time flashes.
Press again to continue playback from the same point.

Press  to end playback (press button  on the device somewhat longer).

The device is now in stop mode and the total number of tracks and directories are
displayed.
ID3 tags
During playback you can view the track's ID3 tag by pressing the INFO button. The track
name and other information that was assigned when creating the medium are displayed.
Press INFO again to hide the scrolling text.
