Before operation
To fasten the magazine in place, follow these steps:
▶ If necessary turn the thumbscrew (5) as far as it will go to the left.
▶ The clamping bolt moves outward.
▶ Place the bolt seating (2) on the magazine under the bolt (4)
on the tool.
▶ Push the magazine forward so that the spacing piece (1) on
the tool is resting in the holder (3).
▶ Turn the star grip (6) with the lock washer into the appropriate
threaded hole in the holder (3).
▶ When the spacing piece and pin holder are snugly seated,
turn the thumbscrew (5) to the right as far as it will go.
▶ The clamping bolt moves inward and clamps the magazine
firmly in place.
 The magazine is fastened in place.
