10. If slush becomes too thick during production mode, use the RE-MIX button to blend only
without cooling. This will help to liquify slush that is too solid. NOTE: The RE-MIX button
will add 10 minutes of blending. Press the START/STOP button to cancel at any time.
11. Place a cup or container below the Spout before dispensing. To dispense,
turn the Dispensing Knob to the left, then back to the right to stop.
NOTE: Dispensing will happen rather quickly. To prevent messes, raise
the rim of your cup or container over the bottom of the spout.
TIP: If slush gets too thick, or does not dispense well, add
more liquid to the mixing chamber opening.
HELPFUL TIPS
•
Place a towel under your PROFESSIONAL FROZEN SLUSH MACHINE.
This will help with clean-up. You should expect some dripping.
•
DO NOT store slush drinks in freezer or fridge. They should be consumed immediately.
•
REMINDER: 12 cups of liquid does not produce 12 cups of slush.
Turning liquid into frozen slush expands its volume.
•
There are many factors that affect freeze time for frozen beverages, including
ambient temperature, volume of liquid in blender, sugar content of beverage,
and temperature of liquid. Please take these factors intor consideration when
freezing liquids and allow more time for slush making if necessary.
LIQUIDS
•
Drinks with a high sugar or corn syrup base will crystallize faster and
produce a thicker slush than those with milk or lower sugar content.
Carbonated drinks will set up slower and will not be as thick.
•
We recommend adding pre-chilled liquid to your PROFESSIONAL FROZEN
SLUSH MACHINE. This will quicken the slush-making process.
•
Carbonated diet drinks and alcoholic beverages will not slush. DO NOT
add alcohol until the slush is poured into a glass or container.
•
DO NOT use stiff mixtures such as whipped cream or frozen liquids.
MIXTURE IS NOT FREEZING
•
Make sure beverage containing real sugar are used, such as normal
soda or juice. Diet or sugar free beverages will NOT freeze.
•
Alcoholic beverage will not freeze in the Slush Maker.
MIXTURE IS TOO WARM
•
Make sure that alcohol was NOT added until the slush is poured into glasses.
