Please read these instructions carefully. The instructions are an integral compo-
nent of the product. Therefore, please store them and the packaging carefully in
case questions arise in the future. Please always include these instructions when
handing on the product to a third party. This product must be assembled by an
adult. This product is designed for private / domestic use only. This product is not
designed for commercial / industrial use. The use of the product requires certain
capabilities and skills. Always adjust according to the age of the user and use for the
purpose it has been designed for.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• This training device is NOT a toy!
• Check that all connections have been tightly fastened before using the basketball
ring and check again later!
• Wear suitable clothing when training. The clothes must be constituted in such a
way that they cannot catch in anything during the training due to their fit. Always
wear sports shoes and never train in bare feet, sandals, socks or tights.
• Before each use, check that the basketball ring is set up correctly and never use
it if it is not working properly.
• If you feel ill, stop training immediately.
• Check the basketball ring regularly for defective parts and replace them.
• Use original spare parts only.
• Never wear jewellery which could catch in the basketball basket.
• Do not hang off the basket or make slam dunks.
• This exercise equipment is only suitable for personal use. Any commercial use
invalidates the guarantee.
INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY
You have two options to attach the ring: You can attach the ring to one of the com-
mercially available basketball boards with one of the included screw sets (screws,
washers and nuts) or fasten the ring to a wall with the other screw set (screws,
washers and plugs). Carry out the assembly as shown in the enclosed drawing.
Then attach the net to the metal ring.
To avoid injuries, pay attention that the basketball ring is fastened tightly either
to the board or the wall. The stability of the wall must also be checked for fitness.
Please also pay attention that you check the wall for any electricity, gas or water
lines.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Please make sure that the ring is installed securely and firmly. Adjust the length of
time you train to your capacities and do not over-exert yourself. WARNING: As a
matter of course, you should consult your doctor before starting the training.
GENERAL TRAINING PRINCIPLES
1. Warm up
Warm up before each training session. Walking or running on the spot and light
stretching exercises are excellent for warming up.
2. Breathing
Correct breathing plays an important role in training. Breathe calmly and evenly.
Never hold your breath while training.
3. Clothing and space
Put on for the workout comfortable sports wear and pay attention that you have
enough space around you for the execution of your exercises. Always put on sport
shoes, never train shoeless, with flip-flops, socks or tights.
4. Workout tactics
Do not ask too much of you and adjust the exercises and the range of exercises
always to your level of proficiency. First start with just a few minutes and increase
the efficiency slowly from week to week. Take a break between two workout units
of at least one day. On principle consult your medical practitioner before starting
an exercise programme.
5. Warm down
Use light stretching to warm down again after training. This allows the pulse to drop
slowly and allows the body to regenerate itself more quickly for the next session, as
the decomposition of metabolic wastes (lactates) is better achieved through carry-
ing out these movements at the end.
6. Health
Stop the exercise program immediately if you feel a tightening in your muscles
or any general pain when carrying out the exercises. For your own safety, please
contact a doctor.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Use a dry or damp cloth only to clean the product; do not use special cleaning
agents! Check the product for damage or traces of wear and tear before and after
each use. Do not make any structural changes. For your own safety, please use
original spare parts only. These can be sourced from HUDORA. If parts become
damaged or if sharp edges or corners should develop, the product may not be used

Store the product in a safe place where it is protected from the elements, cannot be
damaged, and cannot injure anyone.
DISPOSAL ADVICE
At the end of the product's life, please dispose of it at an appropriate collection point
provided in your area. Local waste management companies will be able to answer
your questions on this.
