RPM
7. RPM
Revolutions per minute, it allows you to adjust the parameters of the beater
speed, for a better incorporation of air (overrun) into the product increasing
its volume. (Mix recipe affects overrun as much as speed of auger)
HARDNESS
8. Hardness
Allows you to adjust the hardness of the product from 0 a 15.
TIME
9. Time
The left frame indicates the selected freezing time and in the right frame it
shows the time that the machine has been on (making ice cream). * When
the time is 30 minutes and the machine has not been manipulated, freezing
stops.
