The following information may assist in identifying a problem and rectifying it.

After used, please fold the machine and insert the locking nut.
UNFOLDING
Put the machine on the ground smoothly, open the handrail and lock the nut.
Cause
Plug is not in socket
Switch is off
Voltage is low
Put the plug in the socket
Turn on the switch
Wait until the voltage is normal
