Insert the hose inlet adapter into the unit (Fig. 4)

Attach the hose outlet to the sliding window kit and seal it (Fig. 5 and 6).

Your sliding window kit is designed to be installed on most vertical and horizontal windows. However,
it may be necessary to modify certain aspects of the installation procedure for certain types of window.
The sliding window kit can be fixed with screws.
COMMENT: if the window opening is less than the minimum length of the
sliding kit, cut the part without the hole to match the window size. Never cut the
part with the hole.

INSTALLATION OF THE SLIDING WINDOW KIT

Slide panel A into panel B and adjust according to the width of the window. Window sizes vary.
•
To adjust the width, make sure that the sliding kit is free of gaps and/or air pockets when taking
measurements.
•
Screw the screw into the corresponding hole.
POSITION
•
The unit should be placed on a stable surface to minimize noise and vibrations. Place the unit on
a flat, level surface that is sturdy enough to support the weight of the unit and thereby ensure safe
positioning.
•
The unit has casters for easy movement, but should only be moved on smooth, flat surfaces. Be
careful when moving it on carpet. Take care to protect wooden floors when moving. Do not attempt
to roll the unit over objects.
•
The appliance must be plugged into a power outlet with an earth connection.
•
Never place obstacles around the unit's air inlet or outlet.
•
The hose can be unfolded but it is advisable to keep its length to the minimum required.
•
Make sure the hose has no protruding or sagging sections.
INSTALLING THE REMOTE CONTROL HOLDER
The remote control comes with a self-adhesive holder that you can stick:
•
To the air conditioner,
•
To a wall.
Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Caution: due to the strength of the adhesive, the holder can damage the surface to which it is has
been attached if it is removed (paint, wallpaper, etc.).
