Open / close learn mode (see Start-Up)
Press the RESET button on the board. When the green SET LED starts flashing (within five seconds after
the unit restarts), press the P1/ SET button for one second.
LEARN mode is activated when the green SET LED is lit steadily.
1) The unit opens the gate for three seconds at the force set using the trimmer:
a) If the leafs close rather than open, press the RESET button and reverse the wires on the motors.
b) Repeat the learn procedure from the start.
2) The unit closes the second leaf completely then closes the first leaf completely.
a) If the leafs do not close in the desired order, press the RESET button and switch the motors.
b) Repeat the learn procedure from the start.
3) The unit opens the gate completely to learn how long the operation takes and when exactly it should start
slowing down (90% into the operation). Opening ends when the stop is reached by the obstacle check.
4) After a three-second pause, the unit closes the gate completely and exits learn mode.
Changing the settings
If need be, after performing the initial gate test, adjust the following board settings using the trimmers on the
board:
motor force (trimmer VR 1)

Trimmer VR 2 serves two purposes: the first being to adjust the pause time before automatic closing, and the
second (when turned all the way to '+') to set the unit to jog mode.
Note: Automatic closing mode is possible only if the photocells are in place and connected.
To activate the new settings, repeat the learn procedure in full
