Description of the Scales (see fig. 1)

Each press of button to switch or change settings is followed by a beep. This function cannot be
turned off.
Warning indicators on the Display
„UnSt" – unstable surface for weighing.
„Lo" – batteries low, replace.
„EEEEE" – scales overloaded, maximum load capacity is 3 kg.
Remove the weighed material from the scales to avoid damaging them.
Weighing
1. Place the scales on a flat, hard and stable surface.
2. Turn on weighing mode by touching the ON/OFF/TARE button. Wait for the 0.0 symbol to appear
on the display; then you can start weighing.
3. Select the weight unit of choice by repeatedly pressing the UNIT button.
4. Place the weighed object onto the scales. The LCD screen will display the object's weight.
5. You can turn off the scales by long-pressing the ON/OFF/TARE button; alternatively, the scales
will turn off on their own after 60 seconds.
TARE Function (Incremental Weighing)
The TARE function is used to weigh individual doses as they are added to those already on the scales.
1. Place the first dose on the scales and the display will show its weight.
2. Before adding another dose, press the ON/OFF/TARE button. The value on the screen will reset.
Now you can add another dose. You can do this repeatedly.
Timer Setting and Start
1. Turn on the scales by touching the ON/OFF/TARE button.
2. Press the START/STOP to display the timer time.
3. Use the S (seconds) and M (minutes) buttons to set the timer length. Holding a buttons instead
of pressing them repeatedly will speed up the setting process. The maximum available timer
length is 99 minutes and 59 seconds.
4. Use the START/STOP to start the timer.
5. Once the timer ends, a sound alert is activated which lasts for 55 seconds.
6. The countdown and the sound alert can be stopped by pressing the START/STOP button.
7. Long-pressing the START/STOP button resets the timer.
8. Once the timer is reset, short pressing the START/STOP button turns off the timer function.
