1. SAFETY WARNINGS
ො Children under 3 years of age should be kept out of the reach of the appliance unless
they are conti nuously supervised.
ො Children from 3 years and under 8 years and people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabiliti es or lack of experience and knowledge should only switch the appli-
ance on/off as long as it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operati ng
positi on and They are supervised or have received instructi ons regarding the use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the risks that the appliance poses. They
must not, however, plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or carry out maintenance
operati ons.
ො Children must not play with the appliance.
ො CAUTION: Some parts of this product can get very hot and cause burns. Parti cular att en-
ti on should be paid when children and vulnerable people are present.
ො For additi onal protecti on, the installati on of a residual current device (RCD) having a
rated residual operati ng current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical cir-
cuit. Ask your installer for advice.
ො If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid risks, it should be replaced by the man-
ufacturer, maintenance department or similar sector professionals.
ො This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external ti mer or separate
remote-control system.
ො Only the appropriate connector must be used.
ො Do not use att achments not recommended or supplied for this product.
ො Disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is le� unatt ended and before as-
sembling, disassembling or cleaning.
ො Only connect the fan heater to a single-phase socket with a main voltage as specifi ed
on the rati ng plate.
ො Do not leave your home while the appliance is in functi on: ensure that the switch is in
OFF(0) positi on and the thermostat is in minimum positi on. Always unplug the appli-
ance.
ො Keep combusti ble material such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, cur-
tains etc. at least 100cm away from the fan heater.
ො If wall mounted do not fi x to combusti ble material such as wooden, syntheti c or plasti c
surfaces. Do not hang anything on or in front of the fan heater.
ො Always unplug the heater when not in use. Dot not pull the cord to unplug the heater.
ො Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1 m in front and 50 cm behind
