Carefully feed the motor wires and safety
cable up through the downrod (D). Thread the
downrod (D) into the collar.
Align the holes and replace the clevis pin and
cotter pin. Tighten the two collar set screws.
5. Slip coupling cover (E), canopy bottom cover
(C), and canopy (B) onto the downrod (D).
Carefully reinstall the hanger ball onto the
downrod (D).
Tighten the two set screws by using the hex
wrench (CC) provided.
Make sure the cross pin is in the correct
position, the set screws are tightened and
wires are not twisted.

Remove two screws from two upper sides of
hanger ball. Carefully lift the fan motor
assembly up to the mounting bracket (A) and
seat the hanger ball/downrod assembly (D) in
the mounting bracket (A) socket. Securely
tighten two screws previously removed on the
hanger ball.
Secure the safety cable screw, lock washer
and flat washer (DD) to the building structure
that independent to the outlet box. Loop the
safety cable around the safety cable screw that
was just attached to ceiling joist. Tighten the
safety cable screw. The safety cable should be
in a stress-free state after installation.
