Note: Please use dry dishcloth or cleaning, as the robot and inner charging dock include
sensitive elements. Do not use wet dishcloth to prevent damage caused by water.

Robot Restarting
I the robot stops responding or cannot be turned o, press and hold down the
button
or 10 seconds to orceully turn it o. Then press and hold the button
or 3 seconds to turn the robot on.
Battery
The robot contains a high-perormance lithium-ion battery pack. Please ensure
that it remains well-charged during daily use to maintain optimal battery
perormance. I the robot is not used or an extended period, turn it o and
put it away. To prevent damage rom over-discharging, the robot should be
recharged at least once every three months.

Robot does not turn on
The ambient temperature is too low (below 0°C or too high (above 40°C. The operating temperature o the
robot is 0°C to 40°C.
The charging dock is not receiving power. Please conirm that both ends o the power cord are plugged in correctly.
Robot does not recharge
Poor contact. Clean the charging contacts o the charging dock and the robot.
Robot does not return to
There are too many obstructions around the charging dock. Place the charging dock in a more open area.
